We want to ensure that you feel confident and comfortable with how any personal information will be looked after or used. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • The terms ‘We’/‘Us’/‘Our’/’Company’ individually and collectively refer to Diverse and Inclusive Workplaces Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership, operating under the brand name ‘Ungender Legal Advisory’ having its registered office at having its registered office at 326, Block 7, Rangoli Gardens, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302027 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Ungender’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’) which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall mean and includes its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and permitted assigns and the terms ‘You’/’Your’/‘Yourself’ refer to the users.

  • In order to operate our website, social media platforms, products and services in an efficient and effective manner and provide its users with information on diversity and inclusion laws, specifically compliance and implementation of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and products that may be of interest to them, Ungender may collect personal information, including but not limited to company details (name, addresses and workforce), status of compliance with laws, contact information (such as an email addresses and mobile numbers) etc. from its users.

  • You agree that Ungender may use your information to contact you and for effective delivery of its products and advisory services to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests or provides newsletters or information mailers or communications applicable to your use of our products and services. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of receiving any further information by following the opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism provided in each such communication.

  • Ungender may be required to disclose information pertaining to companies/users/contacts if determined necessary for compliance with laws, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement agencies/ authorities or to protect the interests or safety of Ungender or other companies/ contacts/users of our products and services. In addition, you agree and acknowledge that personal information collected by Ungender may be passed on to a third party in the event of a transfer of ownership or assets or a bankruptcy of Ungender.

2. THE INFORMATION USER PROVIDES US

  • We process any personal information you actively provide to us, including from enquiries, surveys and forms. Website usage information is collected using cookies. Personal information we process includes names, postal addresses, email addresses, telephone/mobile numbers, contact preferences, gender (wherever appropriate, such as when you register for an event or course organized by Ungender), information that is publicly available, IP addresses and web browsers (and versions) used, information on how people use our website, using cookies and page tagging, to help us improve the website and our services and any other personal information provided to us.

  • We collect any and all personal information in the following ways: When you interact with us (such as when you complete a form or attend an event), when you engage with us on social media and messaging services like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, you might give us permission to process information from those accounts. The data we are given access to by social media services will vary but will always be in line with the Terms of that particular service.

  • We may also gather information to help us improve the online experience, such as which pages you visit most often and which topics and appeals are most of interest. Like most websites, we use cookies to help us do this but wherever possible, we use aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify individuals. Depending on the type of device that you are using to access our website, your apps and your settings may supply us with additional information about the type of device, the operating system you are using, and details associated with this. 3. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WHICH WE COLLECT

  • We use the information we collect for research on the extent of compliance by companies and development/upgradation of services and products, marketing, product analysis, to ensure the best user experience and to curate training content to the specific needs of industries. We also use this information to offer users tailored content like updates on law specific to any industry and compliance guidelines keeping market scenario in mind.

  • We collect information in order to respond to any products or services enquiries, contact people/ companies if we need to, contact people/ companies with updates on our work and our impact, contact people/ companies about opportunities to support our work and analyse it alongside publicly available information to help tailor our communications, services and products.

 

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as it is lawful and necessary to do so. This is so that we can provide the services, products or information you have requested, administer your relationship with us, ensure we don’t communicate with you if you’ve asked us not to and comply with the law. We will review and assess our approach to data protection every two years.

5. HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

We have physical, technical and human controls in place to keep your information secure. We ensure that extra controls are in place for financial, sensitive and special categories of information, meeting regulatory and legal requirements for managing these types of information. The transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure and Ungender cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We advise against sending personal information using unsecure Wi-Fi (e.g. free public Wi-Fi). Once we receive your data, we make every effort to ensure its security both on our systems and while in transit between our systems and any partners working on our behalf. Access to your personal information is restricted to those who require it to do our work and all staff with access to your personal data are trained in how to keep it safe. We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other websites, even if you access them using links from our websites and we recommend that you check the policy of each site you visit.
